Who can get it

Two ways to qualify.

BatteryPlus is available once your battery's condition is known and verified by us.

You bought a Swapbat replacement battery

If your pack was remanufactured and installed by our partner network, BatteryPlus can be added at the time of the swap — its condition is already documented.

You've completed a state-of-health test

Already have your battery? A verified SOH test confirms its current condition and qualifies it for BatteryPlus cover — no replacement required.

Getting started

Three steps to cover.

1

Verify condition

Through a Swapbat battery swap, or a state-of-health test on your existing pack.

2

Choose your term

1, 2 or 3 years of cover — buy it directly in the Swapbat shop.

3

Drive with peace of mind

If a covered fault occurs, our partner network handles the repair — no cost ceiling.

Add BatteryPlus to your battery.

Cover applies to the high-voltage battery only. The year or kilometre limit, whichever is reached first, ends the term. Full terms apply.
