Disassembly
We safely disassemble the battery pack down to module level under high-voltage standards.
- High-voltage isolation and lockout
- Pack opened to individual modules
- Every component logged on intake
Diagnosis
Every cell and component is individually measured, tested and documented.
- Cell-level voltage and resistance
- Capacity and state-of-health testing
- Full digital condition report
Repair
Faulty parts are replaced with original components, restoring the pack to factory specification.
- Original OEM replacement parts
- Faulty modules and BMS components renewed
- Matched to the rest of the pack
Reassembly
The pack is reassembled, comprehensively tested and delivered ready to install — with full documentation and warranty.
- Torqued and sealed to OEM spec
- End-to-end pack validation
- Delivered install-ready with warranty
Why we don't recommend single module swaps
Brand-authorised workshops can already replace a single module. But fitting one new module beside older ones creates a voltage imbalance — a difference in charge (ΔV) between the fresh module and the aged cells around it.
The pack constantly works to equalise that gap, stressing the mismatched cells until the battery fails again — often within months. A fully remanufactured pack with matched modules eliminates the problem.
One new module, aged cells around it → repeated failure.
Balanced charge across the pack → stable and warranted.
Built to last — and to keep cars on the road.
Remanufacturing keeps high-voltage packs out of waste and extends the life of the whole vehicle. Every pack we deliver leaves our line measured and documented, at a high, verified state of health.
Every battery ships warranted and documented.
A 12-month / 30,000 km warranty and a full condition report accompany every pack we deliver.
Every pack and module, fully traced.
From the vehicle a module came from to the car it is reassembled into — an auditable chain of custody built for EU regulation.
Frequently asked questions
Which vehicles do you have batteries for?
We provide remanufactured high-voltage packs for Volvo and BMW hybrids, the Volkswagen group and Tesla, with more models added over time. Availability and price vary by model, so we always check the current situation — contact us for a non-binding quote for your vehicle.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers all internal defects and the quality of the remanufacturing. It does not cover damage from bumps or collisions that are unrelated to an internal battery malfunction. Our standard warranty is 12 months / 30,000 km.
Which fault codes indicate a battery issue?
On Tesla, fault codes appear in the instrument cluster and on the central MCU display — tap the red warning triangle at the top of the screen. Codes beginning with “BMS” may indicate a high-voltage battery fault (for example BMS_A066, BMS_u029, BMS_w177, BMS_f107). On BMW, watch for “Hybrid system fault” / “High-voltage battery” messages and codes such as 21F234 or 0316D1. Please note any visible codes when you contact us.
Do Tesla’s free Supercharger sessions remain after a battery replacement?
Yes. Free Supercharger access remains active and is not affected by the battery replacement.
How do I order?
Orders go through our certified workshop partners across Finland and Sweden. Find your model, then your workshop coordinates the swap — or contact us directly and we’ll point you to your nearest partner.
